Jasper to Banff Rockies Tour on July 16-23, please put it on your calendar if you are interested, and we thought we might try something a little different in promoting this trip.

It has been indicated to me that there seems to be a little bit of interest and we thought we might be proactive in organizing a way to register for this event. It has been my experience that there often may be interest but the reality is fewer people usually commit the resources needed until much later making it a challenge to book accommodations and meal plan and other things that just need numbers and money attached to make them work.
So here’s the deal. We are very interested in any and all people interested in joining this summer tour so we have places for 20 people (there is a quota for this tour because of the places we will be staying). We will require a $100 down payment to secure your spot and final payment for the full amount by June 1/2011. Total cost will be $500.00 and will include all meals and accommodations and any other events we can squish in. I have been looking through my records and it has been 10 years since we’ve done this tour so it will be wonderful to do it once again as this trip is one that never gets old and the scenery is always spectacular.
The hope is to fill this tour to quota and one of the ways to get the word out is through this web site as well as asking all of you to copy and past the link of this page on your e-mail list as well as maybe putting a mention and the link on your Face Book account as this will network most efficiently to those that have interested friends that may not be aware of this web page. If I could ask you to do that it would be extremely helpful. Once this is done we can all begin training together for what is recognized as a World Class Cycle through the Canadian Rockies. As in any Adventure Holiday, the fitter and more prepared you are the more you will enjoy yourself. It will undoubtedly be a challenge for all of us but the trick is not for it to be regrettably arduous.
So to begin, if you would like to join our little group, get your down payment of $100 bucks to Rosie’O our trusted treasurer at the Peace Lutheran Church and we can get your name on the list. The policy will be first come first serve and as further details present themselves you will be updated. Thanks for considering this Cycle Tour and “Long Live the Adventure”!
