Tom we are working on revamping the schedule. But to be honest much doesn't change from year to year. Ride dates weekly are static, specials tend tobe close to yearly events, and the Big Adventure rides well they happen as well. Most rides are announced on the Wednesday night rides. Recently my schedule has changed so I can dedicate more time to the rides and events. But if you are looking for someone to ride with on any occasion let us know here in the comments and we will post it. I am always yenarning for a ride, sometimes I can even do one! ;)

I am glad you came out for a ride, most of our group are FAIR WEATHER riders, so if it is cool, damp, or threatening to rain, well you saw the results.

As I posted earlier: we are busier than previous years so, if you want to ride, ride by the church to see you else is looking for company. Nice days, lots will join you, temperate -fewer, rainy- even less. But be assured most wednesdays, if there is "decent" weather, Lyle and or I will be out there. Or we will post in time. We hope.

Hi Tom!
We have a regular social ride on Wednesdays, weather permitting. These are attended by the group as a whole and are generally for 15-25 Kms at an average speed of 18-20 KMH. We always have a leader and a sweep, with no one left behind. We finish at a coffee spot and spend 30-40 minutes visiting.
The Monday night rides are training or jolt rides these are 35-40 kms and there is no sweep. Generally everyone rides at theor own pace with a goal of pushing themselves as far as they are willing. This ride is attended by a few riders who are interested in a good rip. They may be a visit afterwards but not always. These rides are not guaranteed for every Monday. If there is to be a ride I will send out a notice to let everyone know I am going for a training ride. You are most welcome to attend whenever you like.

Ps I have sent a note to Larry, the blog moderator suggesting he update the calendar.

regards,

Lyle
